That last step's a doozy....

• Twisted back

And that's just me! Yeah, I was one step short walking from a ramp off the loading dock last night. This morning my back hurts, I can't raise my arms, and I'm going to have a great bruise on my lower leg. The scrapes and swelling look impressive already. Tomorrow's report will probably include sunburn, smoke inhalation from forest fires, and any ailments attributable to lack of sleep.
