Oxygen, PLEASE! HNT

People are getting cranky around here. And lots of headaches. This smoke, besides choking the life out of you, also sucks what little humidity exists out of the air. There was an article in the paper about what exactly was IN the smoke and ash that we were breathing. They used alot of big words, but the gist of it was that it was toxic, and not very good for us. I prefer to think that the ashes I'm sucking in are the ashen remains of squirrel guts or something.

I went up to the top of the pass west of town. It's the Continental Divide. Someone said that it was actually clearer up there due to a temperature inversion down in our valley. Nope. Here's some shots from up there:
